Frequently Asked Questions
To be eligible to Refer a Neighbour, you must be a Voneus Broadband customer, over 18 and resident in the UK.
To be eligible to receive a Refer a Neighbour reward, you must be over 18, resident in the UK, and a new customer to Voneus Broadband.
When you register for Refer a Neighbour , you'll receive a link that you can share with your neighbour via social media, email or text. Your neighbour then uses the unique link to book their Voneus Broadband package. When your neighbour's broadband is installed, and they've paid their first bill, you'll both qualify for a £50 reward.
You can refer as many neighbours as you like. The more neighbours you refer, the more rewards you'll receive.
Both you and your neighbour will receive your rewards when your neighbour has paid their first Voneus Broadband bill
If your neighbour cancels their Voneus Broadband installation before they have paid their first bill, neither of you will receive your reward.
You agree that by referring a neighbour via referral link, we may share your name with the friend to tell them who has referred them. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Refer a Neighbour promotion.
