Terms and Conditions
1. PROMOTER

2. PROMOTION
Subject to the eligibility and entry section 4 below, the promotion allows the person who places a new order for our broadband service at the property (“you/your/participant”) and quotes code GNP-TAV to claim a £100 gift card. Repeat orders for the same property will not be eligible for a gift card. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to Refer-a-Friend and affiliate codes. Once you’re connected and your 14-day cooling-off period has ended, you'll be eligible to choose your gift card. Depending on when your installation takes place, your choice of rewards will be emailed to you either the month after installation, or the following month (“promotion”).
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will run from 16th September 2026 at midnight to 20th September 2026 at 23:59 ("promotion period"). Any new orders received by us outside of the promotion period who quote code GNP-TAV will not attract a gift card and no gift card will be provided to you by us.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
To be eligible for a gift card, you must be aged 18 or over and be a resident of England or Wales in an area where Voneus provides broadband services and where the relevant promotion is available.
Please check your postcode using our postcode checker at www.voneus.com to confirm whether the promotion is available at your address.
Employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not) of the promoter, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
5. CLAIMING THE £100 gift card
To receive your gift card you must place your order and quote code GNP-TAV before the closing date of the promotion which is 23:59 on 20th September 2026. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the code is added to your order and the email address registered to your Voneus account is correct.
Once you’re connected and your 14-day cooling-off period has ended, our rewards supplier, Giftcloud, will send you an email allowing you to choose your gift card from a selection of retailers. As rewards are only issued monthly, this may be the month after installation or the month following that. No physical gift card will be issued.
To choose and activate your gift card simply click the ‘Select My Reward’ button. Once you have selected your gift card, you will need to enter the email address associated to your Voneus account. The gift card will be sent to you electronically.
You have 90 days to activate your gift card by sending it to the email registered with your Voneus account. After this time the gift will no longer be available. The gift card may have a time limit set by the retailer, please check and if it does, you must use it within that time limit.
You cannot transfer or exchange the gift card nor substitute it for cash. We may substitute the retailer of the gift card with an alternative retailer at our sole discretion. You will be responsible for any applicable taxes in relation to the gift card. We will not be responsible for any products or services you acquire because of using the gift card and we provide no guarantee or warranty in relation to any such products or services. The gift card provided on an “as is” basis.
6. LIMITATIONS AND DISQUALIFICATION
We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who violates these terms and conditions or who tampers with the gift card claims process, including fraud or cheating. Any attempt to hinder the conduct of the promotion, either by human intervention or by means of an automaton or other artificial intelligence, will lead to the immediate disqualification of the participant and cancellation of any gift cards issued or otherwise in process.
The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if it determines that the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which the promoter deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion.

7. DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the promoter, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any gift card received through the promotion. The promoter makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied in relation to any products or services purchased by you using the gift card nor in relation to the gift card. The promoter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability, even if the promoter has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If the promoter's liability cannot be disclaimed or excluded under applicable law, the promoter's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the gift card.
The promoter also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion in any way, without notice, in the event of any cause beyond its control. The promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected gift card claims, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to or alteration of claims. The promoter is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the promotion or downloading materials from or use of the promoter's website. The promoter is not responsible for any technical or other problems that may arise in connection with the promotion, including to problems with the internet or with any telecommunications network.
8. DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY
The company responsible for processing your data is Voneus Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 07849963 whose registered office is at 6th Floor, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB .
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to allow the promoter to process their personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting participants and verifying their eligibility. The promoter will only process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including any personal information collected from participants in the promotion will be used in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy Privacy Policy | Join Better Broadband | Voneus .
9. GOVERNING LAW
The laws of England and Wales shall govern these terms and conditions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other communication or advertising relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. AGREEMENT
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the promoter.
