Calling all Community Legends, we want to hear from you!

Nominate your local cricket legends! Celebrate unsung heroes with the Voneus Village Cup Community Legend Award - entries open until 10 June!

14th May 2025

The Voneus Village Cup Community Legend Award is now open for nominations! If your club is part of this year’s tournament, it’s time to shine a light on the unsung heroes, the volunteers, organisers, and local champions who make your cricket club the beating heart of your community.

In 2023, Ashmanhaugh and Barton Wanderers awed the judges with their commitment to their local community and they celebrated in style with a steel band, bouncy castle and paddling pool for everyone to come along and enjoy. Full story here.

In 2024, Cornwall club Grampound Road CC took the prestigious accolade as they demonstrated their value as pillars of their community, as well as showing commitment to the future, inclusion and sustainability. Find out more about their efforts here

Now’s the time to nominate your local legends, full details on how to enter here.
