Additional Costs

1. UK & International Digital Home Phone Rates – Click here for list of charges

2. Advanced Digital Home Phone bought as an add on is charged at £12.00 per month as standard (Handsets charged separately at £5.00 for one handset, £9.00 for two handsets and £12.00 for three handsets, per month)

3. Static IP - £5.00 per IP provided per month (Free Static IP included for business connections)

4. Mesh devices - £5.00 per month

5. Security - £3.50 per month

6. Failure to claim a Voucher after installation – £250.00

7. Non-Standard Installation – Subject to quotation

8. Chargeable Engineer Visits

   Where a visit is deemed chargeable, the following rates will apply:

   • First hour (or part thereof): £150.00

   • Each additional hour (or part thereof): £105.00

    

   Voneus will determine whether a visit is chargeable based on the findings of the attending engineer and the circumstances of the fault. Any applicable charges will be added to the customer's account and will be payable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
