At Voneus, we really want to do our bit to help NHS workers.

Many medical professionals are now based at home, conducting video consultations with their patients, and often downloading enormous files so they can review scan and test results.

Meanwhile, NHS staff who are working on the frontline in our hospitals, surgeries and health centres – many of whom will be self-isolating – are reliant on the internet to see their friends and families, as well as undertake life’s necessities, such as shopping and banking.

All this requires a decent broadband connection, and that’s where we can play a part. 

Upgrades for existing customers

If you are an NHS worker and are already a Voneus customer, we will uncap your data allowance until the lockdown is completely over,  so you needn’t worry about downloading files for work or streaming content to help you relax.

We’re currently working with the NHS to identify which of our customers are eligible and will contact you as soon as we can.  Alternatively, please give us a call and we’ll activate your upgrade. 

Offers for new customers

If you are an NHS worker who lives in a Voneus community, but are not currently one of our customers, we can help you get online quickly and cheaply.

We’ll prioritise your installation and won’t charge you a penny for it. We’ll also give you the first three months of your contract absolutely free. You’ll get Superfast speeds, with no cap on data until the lockdown is completely over, which should be more than enough to keep your whole household working and entertained.
