If you want to keep your existing number
We can “port” your existing number from your old provider. Porting your number costs £19.99 and takes between 4 and 10 days depending on who you are with and the number must be in service for this to work. If you have already disconnected your number then you will have to bring it back in service with your old provider first for this to work. You will also need to have your account number handy to enter into our subscription form.
If you want a new number
We can easily allocate you a new number based on the dialing (“STD”) code of your area. We will issue this to you automatically, but if you want a say on what number you want from the available list just give us a call and we’ll do in on the phone. We can also issue to you rememberable numbers but some of these may have an additional cost.
Managing your account
Once we have sent to you the equipment you need and issued/ported a number we will send you details to our management portal. Here you can view invoices, set up payment methods, see what calls you have made and received and so on.
